摘要:教师是学生成长的引导者,良好的职业道德对学生的成长甚至是整个社会的建设都有着很大的作用。由于学前教育的独特性,幼儿园教师的职业道德成为了幼儿园教师专业化最基本、最重要的要求。目前我国绝大多数的幼儿园教师的职业道德是好的,但是,也有少数幼儿园教师由于社会、学校或者是自身的原因,职业道德有待提高。因此,如何提高幼儿园教师的职业道德现状引起了人们的重视。
