随着我过幼儿教育的快速发展和改革深入,多幼儿教师的道德水平有给更高的要求,无论是幼儿园、还是家长,都更加重视幼儿教育的道德情况。在幼儿教育中,幼儿教师不但要承担一定的教学工作,更为重要的是照顾好幼儿、关系幼儿、爱护幼儿、保障幼儿的身心健康发展。幼儿园的每个孩子都像一张白纸,分辨是非的能力还不够,所以这个时候教师更加应该要注重自己的言行举止。只有提高了幼儿教师的职业道德水平,提高幼儿教师的责任心和使命感,才能为幼儿营造出一个温馨的教育环境,使得幼儿教师在照顾幼儿中能够更加细心、耐心。
