以区域资源构建幼儿园园本课程的实践探索

摘 要:随着幼儿园课程改革的不断深入以及幼儿教育阶段的特殊性,很多幼儿园都以特色办园和特色的教学理念发展园本课程。园本课程与资源的整合就成了幼儿园办学成败的关键。如果资源与教学整合得好,就能最好地发展出资源的作用,形成自己的办园特色和教学特色。区域资源的可分为人、物、地。区域资源的挖掘与利用主要可以分为三点:“人”——人尽其能,为我所用;“物”——物尽其用,拓展应用;“地”——空间为轴,拓宽挖深。只有合理做到园本课程与资源之间的有效整合,才能办出成功的幼儿园,只有将地域教育资源与幼儿教育教学合理有效地整合好,才能最好地发出资源的最大效用,才能形成最的适合地区文化坏境的办园特色和教学特色,也才能打造出最具地方特色和幼儿品味的课程特色。
