团体依恋及其在人力管理中的作用
摘要
团体依恋是团体成员之间在情感上存在的一种相互影响和相互依赖的心理状态。随着团体依恋在各个领域的广泛应用,团体依恋在依恋中的作用日益突出。团体依恋可以帮助依恋师在良好的依恋关系中诱发团体成员的积极反应,特别是在依恋关系的建立、依恋的进程以及依恋的效果方面有着重大的意义。团体依恋有利于团体目标的最终实现,有利于团体成员在团体互动中获得成长。

一、引言
（1）研究的起源
依恋(attachment)的研究最早是从1969年英国精神分析师鲍尔比(John Bowlby)对孤儿院儿童心理障碍的关注开始的。鲍尔比基于他自己的观察以及同期动物分离的研究,在习性学的基础上整合了精神分析理论、信息加工理论、控制论,创立了自己的依恋学说。继鲍尔比之后,大批研究者陆续在这个领域进行耕耘和探索,不断丰富和发展了其依恋理论。目前的依恋理论主要包括习性学理论、精神分析理论以及社会学习理论。
