摘要
保障性住房是一项惠及社会民众的一项大型工程。近年来国家不断推进保障性住房建设,但是融资渠道单一,融资金额不足,过度依赖政府资金等问题突出。本文结合当前我国融资模式的现状,较为深入的分析了现有融资模式的各种不足,并提出了一些能够促进保障性住房更合理融资的创新模式,以期能对我国相关领域的研究与发展有所帮助。
目前我国保障性住房建设融资不畅,存在很大的资金缺口。本文通过对我国保障性住房建设的基本融资模式的分析,指出目前的融资模式存在对国家财政收入依赖性过强,资金稳定性不高,对地方政府激励不足以及缺乏金融工具的创新和使用等不足。最后,对我国保障性住房融资模式提出一些建议并引入一些较有创新性的融资模式,以期能对我国保障性住房建设融资模式创新和相关研究有所帮助。
