电化学处理印染污水的优化研究
摘要:本文阐述了电化学作用下印染污水处理降低COD的具体操作方法和机理。实验采用不同的处理条件进行分析,从而选择最佳的处理条件,使废水处理效果达到较好的水平。同时,本文还将电化学法去除COD与通过加入Fe2SO4去除COD的方法进行对比,分析两种方法的可行性和效果,得出的具体结果如下:电流密度=2020mA/cm2,t=4h,r=150min/min。COD降解率为62.5%。污水颜色由墨黑色变为透明无色。而Fe2SO4在加入量为4.2g/50ml达到极值,其COD降解率为43.75%。污水颜色由墨黑色至微绿色。
