【摘要】在建筑项目管理过程中质量、成本、工期之间存在着各种冲突问题,施工企业要根据现场施工条件、自身资源的优势,制定合理的、可行的、科学的施工方案,及时有效的均衡三大目标之间的冲突问题,确保建筑项目能够按时、保质完成,且具有极高的性价比。本文主要分析施工管理过程中出现的冲突问题及均衡优化方法,为以后出现相似问题提供解决思路。
