Abstract
With the aggravation of globalization, the phenomenon of transnational marriage
is more and more common. Transnational marriage is romantic and wonderful, both parties have the opportunity to experience the cultures of different countries, and children can grow up in a diverse culture. Of course there are two sides of everything, and there is a good side and a bad side of transnational marriage. The cultural conflict between China and foreign countries are the main causes of the obstacles and conflicts in transnational marriage, men and women from different countries are influenced by their own culture in terms of ideas, lifestyles and education. The existence of these problems with a transnational marriage is fatal, so it is important to be aware of the problems in advance so that they can be better addressed after marriage. Both party need to establish correct cross-cultural communication concepts and respect the differences between different cultures. Since the 21st century, China’s degree of opening to the outside world has been further improved, and the scale of transnational marriage has been on the rise in recent years. Therefore, understanding the cultural conflict and advantages and disadvantages between China and foreign countries is helpful to build a harmonious and happy transnational marriage.
