The countries and regions use languages have a lot of politics ,diplomatic, economic, technological, and other aspects. It is necessary to use correctly language to complete information exchange successfully.
Translation is played a great role in cultural exchange, and it is also faced controversy in practice . A large number of scholars through research and investigation in teaching or at work, they translated of famous of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign countries, they have combined the purpose of the author , Expressed, each translator's understanding of the work is different, so the theory and practice of translation have also been debated
The translation work is a practical social activity , It realizes the communication between different civilizations and cultural .Translation theory is related to practice, there is a long-term transformation. If we didnot know and recognize translation practice and its results and effects, we cannot understand translation theory. We must to truly understand and correctly apply translation theory, it must be combined with practice. How to sort out the relationship between them and combine them , it is very important research significance
