Abstract
In the 19th century, after the industrial revolution and parliamentary reforms, the industrial bourgeoisie began to participate in the regime, transitioning from feudalism to capitalism. During this period, the British economy developed rapidly, the colonies expanded to all parts of the world, and became the most developed country in the world, no other country could reach it.But Britain also exacerbated the contradictions among various classes in the course of political changes and social and economic development. The people at the bottom live in a cruel and injustice society, and justice and other systems that should have been fair and equitable have become insensitive, ugly and dark and profitable. This article makes a brief study on the life of Dickens, a British critical realist writer in the nineteenth century, and the character relationship, emotional entanglement, and the court of justice in the representative work "Bleak House", discusses and analyzes the realist literary ideas embodied in it, and its significant impact on later generations of literature.
