Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to discuss on the study of Chinese and Western diet culture differences at home and abroad based on the research study, analysis from the perspective of Chinese and Foreign traditional cultural differences, the differences in agricultural institutions Angle and ethnic differences in personality and religious beliefs related theory illustrated from the Angle of view, and learn some more agree with this article content, the West diet culture and its role in daily communication, Chinese and Western food culture in the aspects such as food concepts, methods and etiquette, and expand Chinese and Western taste and nutrition ideas and conceptions dress, Pay difference, Details of the differences between Chinese and Western tea culture, wine culture, tableware use and table manners are explored to explore the existing differences between Chinese and Western food culture in the contemporary society and the positive role of food culture in increasingly frequent Cross-Cultural communication.
