Abstract
Studies on the lack of Chinese culture in college English teaching have been focused for a long time .Yet little attention has been paid to the college English teaching concerning in the problem.As a matter of fact ,college English teaching plays an essential role in the English learning .In order to find out whether the lack of Chinese culture exists in this stage and dig out the factors , we carried out the reasons and methods .The main reasons are lack of introduction on Chinese culture on English class ,inadequacy of Chinese culture in textbooks ,and no emphasis on Chinese culture in English test .According to the explored reasons ,we propose the corresponding suggestive solutions to the problems.
