      Thanks to those people who helped me to finished the paper.Firstly,l am deeply indebted to Teacher zhengfu,my supervisor who guided me throughout my writing of this thesis.She carefully read the whole draft and offered painstaking precious criticism.Her standards of academic excellent have made my revise an exciting and gratifying experience.And then l have benefited from the presence my classmates,they generosity helped me collect materials and gave me some brilliant ideas.At the same time ,I also want to thanking for all my teachers and the academic of Zhejiang university for the rich knowledge that I have got.Finally,thanks to the labour union of Foxconn who gave me an chance to go to the zhejiang university .Thanks to all of you,without your help I couldn't finished the paper.

     As a graduate,also should thank my business English study which has given me a chance to learn different languages.During my half of two years of study as a student, my teacher had rich knowledge,,rigorous scholarship and nobler characters noble,which have a deep influence in my hart ,as well as the assistants of Foxconn.The learning time is so short but the influence of my Teacher for me is so long.Thanks again for my Teachers and the Foxconn.
     It is my honour to learn the business English as a working student in the growing progress.I will work hard to redound upon the world with my knowledge.


摘要

进入21世纪后,我国成了举世无双的英语教学大国,尤其是小学英语教学也越来越普遍,学习英语的人数也翻了倍。小学英语教学如雨后春笋,已经蓬勃地发展起来,然而机遇与挑战并存。当前我国经济发展还不是很平衡,小学英语教学还存在大量的问题。文章根据新课改的要求,从小学英语教学现状出发,讲述了新时代教学在小学英语教学中的重要性,分析传统教学的弊端,重新定位教师和学生的主次关系,并在具体的教学实践中不断地反思调整,从而对小学英语教学思维重新定位并制定教学策略。
论文分五个章节,第一章节阐述该研究的背景与意义,第二章节为文献综述,第三章节结合实情提出合理建议,第四章节研究总结,第六五章节为参考文献。

Abstract: 

     
After entering 21th century, our country has become an incomparable huge English teaching country ,especially,the primary school English teaching has been offered to more and more schools.The number of learning English has been nearly doubled.As a matter of fact ,the primary school English teaching is bombing quickly like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.However,in a word, today’s primary school English teaching faces both opportunities and challenges in China. While at present,our county's economy develops not in equilibriums and we also lack experiences in providing foreign language curriculum in primary schools. The paper discusses the significance of the new generation teaching of the primary English Teaching in contemporary China.Not only in theory but also in practice to find the existing problems in the offered course in  the primary schools and try to analyzing the reasons why its drawbacks arose and relocated the role between Teachers and students.Then proposes some countermeasures with continually rethinking.
   The thesis consists of six chapters.The first part is the introduce of the study.This chapter introduces the background ,the significance and the objective of the paper.The second part is the Literature review about the recurrent states of the primary school English teaching at home and abroad.The third part is the recommendation.The fourth part is the conclusion,including the finding,the implication and the limited research.And the last part is the Bibliography.
