Abstract
With frequent international exchanges, the world tourism market has become more and more prosperity, tourists in the process of sightseeing, introduction of content translation to promote the tourists on the deep cognition of attractions and the cultural communication between countries play an important role in the bridge. This paper expounds the importance of cultural background in the introduction and translation of scenic spots from the perspective of translation purpose and translation strategy, and illustrates with examples.
