Abstract
Language and culture are closely connected, including language and cultural significance. In communication, people from different countries have to understand the culture of other countries, so you can freely use the language. And if do not understand the culture of others, it will be some problems due to different cultural backgrounds generated. On the other hand, language as a product of culture, help to promote the development of culture, language and cultural change to reflect the change. Today it is regarded as one of the English language worldwide communication, understand its culture is essential, therefore permeate culture is increasingly important in English teaching, especially in secondary schools. However, in high school English teaching today's college entrance examination due to cultural import baton always neglected English teacher, English causing failure in communication. English as a discipline, its ultimate goal is to enable students to obtain comprehensive learning ability, in order to achieve communication, learning and research. Therefore, the penetration of culture in middle school English teaching seems quite necessary. Through this article presents the importance of culture teaching in English teaching and a number of practical methods described culture in high school English.
