(一)人文因素缺失
1、完善的管理制度具有很强的规范性和强制性,这也决定了幼儿园教师管理工作必须要有相关的制度进行约束,但是很多幼儿园管理制度中缺失了管理的人文因素。2、很多管理制度和机制确实让幼儿园教师管理工作更加规范化,增强了幼儿园的工作效率,但是这些制度很多时候都缺失了针对教师个人情感以及信息沟通的需求。所以,制度的完善以及人文关怀的保障应该在幼儿园管理制度中同时存在,二者缺一不可。
