摘 要
培训作为现代人力资源开发中一个重要的环节,已经成为了企业吸引人才和创造人才的一种重要手段,合理的培训安排不仅可以为企业吸引大量的优秀人才,而且可以为企业培养出一大批较高忠诚度的员工。所以开发企业人才价值,保证企业人才能力最大化表现已经成为了目前人力资源管理中培训开发的主要目的。
北京某企业(以下简称为A企业)作为一家北京的外资企业,是集研发、生产、销售为一体的大型劳动密集型制造企业,但是目前该企业的人力资源培训并没有达到预期目的,本文就A企业目前人力资源培训现状,对企业培训效果进行了问卷调查,基于问卷数据分析的基础上发现培训中存在问题。在所有问题显现之后对A企业人资培训中出现的问题进行分析,并提出一系列针对性的对策措施,为A企业培训现状改进提供依据方案。

Abstract:Training as a modern human resources development in an important link, has become the enterprises to attract talents and creative talents is a kind of important means, reasonable training arrangement can not only attract a large number of outstanding talents for the enterprise, but also can cultivate a large number of loyal degree higher employee in enterprise interior. So the development of enterprise talent value, ensure the enterprise personnel the ability to maximize performance has become the main purpose of the present human resources management training and development.
In Beijing enterprise (hereinafter as A enterprise) as a Beijing foreign capital enterprise, is set research and development, production, sales as one of the large-scale labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises, but at present the enterprise human resources training did not reach the expected purpose, this article A enterprise at present human resources training present situation, has carried on the questionnaire survey the training in enterprises, some problems were found in the analysis based on the data of the questionnaire. After all the problems appeared to occur ashineon human resources training analysis of the problems, and puts forward a series of countermeasures, so as to provide evidence for improving A enterprise training status.
