随着经济的发展进步,企业对于人力资源管理更加重视,人力资源管理与企业发展息息相关,已经成为企业持续发展的关键性因素。对于企业员工的激励机制更是必不可少,企业与员工是互相需要的,是彼此信任和依托的,科学合理地进行激励机制的实施,有助于企业员工工作潜力的激发,有助于企业的快速发展。本文就人力资源管理中激励机制与企业发展的情况做出论述。
