摘要:企业要想在激烈的人才竞争中吸引、维系和激励优秀的人才为组织服务,必须要为员工制定有吸引力和激励效用的薪酬体系。有效的薪酬体系能够提高员工的工作满意度和对组织的归属感,促使员工主动提升自身价值,为实现企业目标和个人利益而努力工作。因次,如何建立一套“对内具有公平性,对外具有竞争力”的薪酬体系,是目前我国很多民营公司的当务之急。本文在建立薪酬—激励模型的基础上,分析影响薪酬的激励效用的因素,制定有效的激励性薪酬体系。
