浅谈教师自我评价中存在的问题及原因分析
[摘要]:教育改革的不断深入和发展,教师主体地位的不断凸现,教师的自我评价已经成为制约教师专业 化发展的一个瓶颈问题。深刻剖析教师自我评价中存在的问题, 并在实践中探究解决的对策,已成为每位教师的责任。教师自评不是一种单纯的评价行为,而是一种有目的,有作用及动机的一种评价行为,特别是对学校管理者来说,有着及其重要的作用。 教师的自我评价是学校对教师评价中的一种方式,也是学校为了让教师在自我评价中,能正确的认识到自己的优缺点,并对此进行自我调控的一种措施。本文主要写了教师自我评价、教师自我评价的研究背景以及现状调查、教师自我评价中存在的问题及其原因分析,在此基础上提出了完善教师自我评价的策略。

Abstract
The continuous development of education reform, the main status of the teacher, the teacher's self eva luation has become a bottleneck restricting the development of teachers' professional development.. It is the responsibility of every teacher to deeply analyze the problems in the teacher's self eva luation and explore the solution in practice.. Teacher self rating is not a simple eva luation, but a purpose, a role and motivation of a kind of eva luation, especially for school administrators, has its important role. Self eva luation of teachers is school of teacher eva luation in a way, is also the school in order to let teachers in self eva luation, correctly understanding to their own advantages and disadvantages, and this was a measure of self regulation. This paper is mainly about the teachers' self eva luation, analysis of the problems and the causes of the existing teacher self eva luation research background and investigation of the present situation, the teachers self assessment, based on proposed strategies to improve the teaching of self eva luation.
