【摘 要】
人才资源是第一资源,教育是培养人才、开发人力资源、促进人的全面发展的根本途径。随着社会的发展,世界各国都十分重视儿童的早期教育。尤其是当今资讯科技飞速发展的时代,小学教育尤为重要。同时强乡必先强教,实现现代化必先实习完教育现代化。优先发展教育、提高教育现代化水平,对我国全面建设小康社会奋斗目标、建设富强民主文明和谐的新农村具有决定性意义。为了在竞争日趋激烈的环境中求得更好发展,培养适应经济社会发展人才,立足深化学校内涵建设,推动教育科学发展,彰显教育功能优势,促使教育更好地服务于当地经济社会,唐四学校制定学校的发展规划。
