摘要:在人力资源管理过程中加强激励机制的探索与建立,有助于调动员工积极性,促进事业单位实现改革目标。本文通过事业单位人力资源管理过程中的激励机制的作用、存在的问题以及策略进行探讨,使得人力资源激励机制的作用得到有效的发挥。

随着知识经济的逐渐发展,人力资源在事业单位发展过程中的作用越来越明显,加强人力资源管理,需要对人力资源的激励机制进行探讨,从而积极调动员工积极性,为事业单位发展做出更多贡献。今年开始,事业单位管理体制开始改革,在改革过程中,对人才的激励显得尤其重要,当前事业单位人力资源管理过程中,主要的激励手段包括物质激励和精神激励两个方面,各种激励机制的完善对于员工具有很好的凝聚作用,但激励机制在发展过程中仍然存在一些问题。对此要采取相应的措施以及策略进行改革,促进人力资源管理中激励机制不断完善。
