人力资源作为企业生产中的据定性因素,具有活跃和积极的特点,它是经济社会发展的首要资源。事业单位人力资源管理主要包括事业单位的一系列的人力资源管理政策及管理活动,如人力资源管理的激励机制,人力资源战略的制定,招聘或培训员工、绩效与薪酬管理,员工人员与层级部门流动管理,处理员工关系及其安全与食品健康等。目前社会经济的竞争主要针对人力资源与科学技术等进行竞争,而人力资源管理中,进一步加强激励机制研究与应用具有一定的重要性。
