当今时代企业发展所需要的硬件条件相当容易满足,但对于企业发展的“软件条件”--人才,是每个企业都将面临的问题。当企业面临岗位空缺时,如何科学有效的实施招聘活动,是未来企业所必须思考的问题。关键词:招聘、原则、策略、途径、选拔方法。人力资源是未来企业发展的基础,招聘工作是人力资源工作中一项基本而重要的工作。招聘是人力资源管理中培训、绩效评估、薪酬、激励、劳动关系、人员流动等管理环节的基础。人员招聘是指企业为了发展需要,根据人力资源规划和工作分析的要求,寻找、吸引那些有能力又有兴趣到企业任职的人员,并从中选择适合人员予以录用的过程。招聘工作是整体人力资源工作的基础。一方面,招聘工作直接关系到企业人力资源的形成;另一方面,招聘和录用时人力资源管理中培训、绩效评估、薪酬、激励、劳动关系、人员流动等工作环境的基础。由于人力资源已经从战术管理的层次升到了战略管理的层次,招聘和也向着战略化方向发展,对企业的战略发展目标起到了支持作用,在此我对如何实施企业的人才招聘,从招聘的原则、策略、途径、选拔方法等有几点思考….
