内 容 摘 要
21世纪是知识经济时代,网络时代。这给企业带来巨大的挑战,它要求企业的人力资源管理者必须以一种新的全球思维方式重新思考企业人力资源管理的角色,尤其是在是在网络化的背景下,企业的招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬管理方面面临的变革。泰罗的科学管理理论已过去一百多年,企业生产也由手工工业向机械工业,由机械工业向信息服务业转变。因而,在企业的生产类型、组织结构和管理方法等发生变化的时候,人力资源管理也由强调人尽其才发展为培养人才。信息和网络化的发展给经济、企业运作以及人才流动的全球化发展建立了基础也带来了挑战。对于我国而言,网络化的发展对于传统人事管理带来的冲击将显得尤为突出。
