[摘要]:目前我国的经济在飞速发展,所取得的成绩也得到世人瞩目。但另一方面,也要清醒地看到,我国企业在发展中还有许多不规范的地方,在不少地方还没有进入规律性的发展。人力资源管理工作在发达国家已有六七十年,我们以前一直沿用传统的人事管理模式,真正当代意义上的人力资源管理才起步几年。因此在人力资源管理工作中的工作分析避免不了存在一些问题,严重地制约了人力资源的管理。
