内 容 摘 要
人才招聘是企业人力资源管理中的基础性工作,它关系到企业人才作用的有效发挥以及企业经营业绩的增长,甚至对于企业的长远发展有着很大的影响,所以说,人才招聘在企业的发展中有着举足轻重的作用。但是在调查中发现,很多企业在人才招聘中都存在着不同程度的问题,这些问题在很大程度上影响了企业人才招聘的成效,进而影响到企业的人力资源结构,进而影响到企业的发展。因此企业必须要进一步加强人才招聘工作的管理,在最大程度上保证人才招聘的成效,从而为企业招聘更多的人才。本文首先分析了招聘对企业的作用以及目前常见的招聘形式,然后分析了企业招聘中存在的问题,并且在此基础之上提出了一些合理化的建议,以供有关人士参考。
