浅析企业对知识型员工的绩效管理
内 容 摘 要
本文除引言和结语外,共分为三个部分。第一部分是对现代企业知识型人才的绩效机制和绩效管理的概述,这一部分是企业主要分析了企业绩效管理的机制和原则;第二部分是论述了我国企业知识型员工在绩效管理中存在的问题;第三部分的内容是在深刻理解了前一部分存在问题的基础上,对我国企业知识型员工的绩效管理体系提出了一些建议和意见。总之,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,只有各种公司提供出适合自己的各种绩效激励政策,才能使得他们有法在市场竞争中生存,而部分公司在知识型员工的绩效管理机制中,有相当一部分是不科学、不完善的。如何通过科学的绩效管理机制有效地调动员工的积极性和创造性,这已成为了目前企业管理中的一个重要问题。
