在现在这个时代,人才可以说是最重要的,企业要做大,就要重视人才。
一些企业的成功,它们无疑不是选人用人的成功者,无疑不是聚集了一批雄厚的人才。
在现代企业的建设和管理中,人才的管理始终是一个关键的环节。实现现代企业人才的管理,可从“人才配置”、“人才激励”与“人才培养”三个方面入手。
人力资源的合理配置,首先要预测有多少工作岗位,哪些工作岗位需要填补,该岗位的具体要求是什么。
配置是一个基础,在做到相对合理的配置之后,在管理中要考虑的是如何激励员工,为企业创造更大的价值。企业应尽可能激发引导员工高级需要的实现,才能使企业获得更大的发展。
不论配置如何,激励怎样,还有一个问题就是培养。培养企业人才首先应该清楚人才应具备的素质。
从配置、激励到培养,是企业在人才管理上所应注意的问题,能够合理地安排,将会发现,人才其实就在身边,依靠身边的人才,企业就可以获得高速的发展。
