内 容 摘 要

自从改革开放,我国的经济突飞猛进。在社会高速发展的今天,跳槽已经变成了一种非常普遍的现象。对于企业员工的流动,在一定程度上也是积极的,是实现工作目标的一种重要手段。但是现如今,中国企业中的跳槽现象确是越来越严重。为何会如此频繁?会产生什么影响?如何有效解决人才流失,这是每个企业都努力思考的问题。对此进行深入探究,具体阐述人才流失发生的原因,并同时提出解决问题的相应措施及对策。
在市场经济高度发展的今天,跳槽作为人才流动的一种形式,是 市场自由竞争条件下的正常现象,在一定程度上被赋予积极含义。 正常的人才流动,合乎市场经济规律,有利于企业改善经营理念, 提高资源利用效率,完善人才结构。但过于频繁的人才流动,则会 影响到企业经营的稳定性和连续性,给企业发展带来一定负面影 响
