自从改革开放,我国的经济突飞猛进。在社会高速发展的今天,跳槽已经变成了一种非常普遍的现象。对于企业员工的流动,在一定程度上也是积极的,是实现工作目标的一种重要手段。但是现如今,中国企业中的跳槽现象确是越来越严重。为何会如此频繁?会产生什么影响?如何有效解决人才流失,这是每个企业都努力思考的问题。对此进行深入探究,具体阐述人才流失发生的原因,并同时提出解决问题的相应措施及对策。
