(一)房地产行业在我国的发展状况
房地产业是一切经济活动的基础与载体,经过国内外经济增长的历史能够证明,房地产业对于经济的发展具有高度的敏感性,房地产业的高速发展是国民经济高速增长的前提和主要内容。在1980年的4月,邓小平同志把建筑业确定为支柱产业,这里所说的建筑业包括房地产流通、消费在内的住宅建筑业,也就是我们现在的房地产业。房地产业作为第三产业的龙头产业,在当今世界,越来越倾向于发展第三产业的趋势来说,房地
