招投标的把控
最低价中标的几种危害
招投标应当遵循公平、公开、公正和诚实信用的原则,但是一些企业为了中标不惜恶性竞争,用明显低于成本价的价格来达到中标的目的,为工程埋下了很多的不安全因素。
其一:如果过度的降低工程成本,工程的质量问题堪忧,为获取利润,会出现偷工减料,以次充好,造成产品质量下降,埋下安全隐患。
其二:最低价中标的单位如是挂靠公司,这样的单位资金没有保障,一旦资金用完,后续资金断开,就会影响施工进度。
其三:拉拢监理、甲方、设计单位的设计人员,以各种好处为由变更设计,以此来增加工程的投资。
