Abstract
language is the carrier of culture; culture determines the deepest connotation of language,and they are inseparable.Translation is a kind of communicative activity between two languages, whose main purpose is to convey semantics. In the process of translation, the factor of culture must be considered. This paper first points out the relationship among language, culture and translation, then briefly expounds the differences between translation and culture and their relationship, and then discusses the influence of cultural differences on translation. the diversity of culture makes the difference of national language very complicated. Nowadays, with the increasing frequency of international exchanges, cultural communication has become a practical need.
