Abstract
Pride and prejudice is one of Jane Austen's famous novel. This novel, taking love
and marriage as its subject, irony as its tone, presents the rural middle-class life
through vivid psychological analysis. Meanwhile this novel successfully reflects the
author’s marriage view,which is based on different foundation and needs by trifles of ordinary life.And finally it eulogizes women’s trieless pursuit of a happy marriage.At the same time,it reflects the author’s marriage view-a real happy marriage should be
based on love, mutual understanding and respect.
