Abstract
As between transnational, cross-cultural communication increasingly frequent, Chinese and western in values, social norms and cultural conventions of the different culture differences, will appear in the actual communication culture "conflict" or "collision" phenomenon. This phenomenon will directly lead to communication barriers, serious even can cause communication misunderstandings between the two sides. Therefore, understanding and analysis of the causes of this kind of "conflict", is beneficial to overcome the cultural differences of Chinese and western, avoid the cultural phenomenon of "conflict", make communication can proceed smoothly.
摘要 随着跨国、跨文化交流日益频繁，中西方在价值观、社会规范和文化差异等方面的文化差异，将出现在实际的交流文化“冲突”或“碰撞”现象中。这种现象会直接导致沟通障碍，严重甚至会导致双方的沟通误解。因此，对这种“冲突”成因的理解和分析，有利于克服中西文化的差异，避免“冲突”的文化现象，使沟通顺利进行。
