摘    要
本文结合了高等教育国际合作办学的大背景与发展现状,对以X学院为例的中外合作办学的英语听说能力培养进行研究。通过对中外学生及本项目学生的特点及中外不同的教育理念的资料进行比较,在前人的研究成果上对X学院中澳合作项目英语听说能力的培养现状进行调查,通过文献综合分析法和实际调查法,努力找出能够加强学生英语听说能力的解决方法,并通过这些方法试图解决中澳合作项目学生听说能力培养过程中所遇到的问题。

ABSTRACT
   This paper has combined the background and the development status of international cooperation in higher education, research on the development of students' listening and speaking proficiency in Sino-Foreign cooperation,and take ZUST as the example. Through comparing the characteristic of the Chinese and foreign students and different educational philosophy in broad and outside, investigating the status of students' listening and speaking proficiency on the basis of previous studies of the program. Make efforts to find the method to enhance the listening and speaking proficiency by comprehensive literature analysis as well as actual investigation and try to use these methods to resolve the problems encountered in developing students' listening and speaking proficiency.
