Enlightenment on Training of Application-Oriented Talent in China from TAFE Mode in Australia
Abstract: Mode of Applied-talented training is an operating mode of training talents. Training applied talents insist on Knowledge-Based, take ability as the emphasis, and value the development of knowledge, ability and quality concordantly. The paper introduces the TAFE mode of Australia from the position and function, the school-running model, the school-running characteristics and the curriculum design. Then, some enlightenment is obtained to train applied talents by summarizing merits and experience of TAFE mode.

澳大利亚TAFE模式对中国应用型人才培养的启示
摘 要:应用型人才培养模式,就是造就人才的一种运行方式。应用型人才培养应强调以知识为基础,以能力为重点,知识能力素质协调发展。本文从澳大利亚的TAFE的地位和作用、办学模式、教学特色、课程设置以及毕业后的就业趋向详细的介绍了TAFE。然后总结概括澳大利亚TAFE模式的优点和经验,得出一些我国应用型人才培养方面的启示。
