STUDY ON THE CONFLICTS AND ADJUSTMENT OF CHINESE AND AMERICAN BUSINESS CULTURES

企业文化源于商品经济和市场经济,代表一家企业借以完成特殊使命的方式方法,是企业的管理哲学。本文旨在分析和调适美国文化和中国文化的冲突,希望通过商务交流来加强中美两种文化的相互理解,并有利于中国公司企业文化的建设。

Abstract
Business culture is the result of the commodity economy and the market economy. The so-called business culture, representing the method the company is using for the achievement of its unique purpose, is managing philosophy of arts in a company. This article aims to analyze and adjust conflicts between American culture and Chinese culture, expecting to enforce the mutual understanding of the two different cultures by the business conductors in China and America, and to be helpful for Chinese company business culture construction.
