摘 要
在教学中,需要解决的问题很多,而教与学的关系问题是教学过程的本质问题。教学过程应该是师生交往,积极互动,共同发展的过程,这是对“教学是教师教学生学的过程”这一传统观念的重大突破。互动式教学认为教学活动的本质是互动,教学互动的主要形式是在教学过程中由独白式教学走向对话式教学。教师应创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生学习的积极性,培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力,使每个学生都得到充分发展。

Abstract
Many problems call for a solution in the new reform of English teaching method. The relation between teachers and students is the essential strategies in teaching process that is regarded as a critical point in class. The positive communication by interaction of dialogue between teachers and students is the significant breakthrough to the traditional teaching ideals.
It is widely known that teaching is the process of how teachers teach and how students study and that teaching benefits teachers as well as students. Therefore, the new type of teaching interaction in class must be converted from the monologue type of teaching into the dialogue type of teaching in the teaching process. Through the interaction, the new form of teaching and leaning can benefit teachers as well as students. Teachers should establish a communicative atmosphere by dialogue that can guide the students to take part in the interaction on their own initiative actively and stimulate students’ enthusiasm for studying. Furthermore, teachers can cultivate the students’ good attitudes and skills to grasp the English language ,and enable each student to obtain the full development.
