摘 要
随着社会经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的提高,人们更加关注教育问题,由于教育的全民化,教育研究已延伸到少数民族地区.攀枝花少数民族有以彝,栗粟,苗,回为主共42个少数民族,其教育现状并不令人满意. 通过对攀枝花民族教育现状的分析可知:攀枝花的民族教育虽然取得了一定的成就,但也存在着相应的问题。通过对攀枝花民族教育前景的分析得出:要促进攀枝花民族教育的发展,可以从加强双语教育,整合教育资源,增加教育经费投入,提高教师的管理水平和素质入手,从根本上有效地促进攀枝花市民族教育的发展.

Abstract

With the rapid development of society and the improvement of people’s living standard, people pay more attention to education, especially English teaching of middle school. On account of the education of whole people, the research of education has extended to the education of ethnic minorities. Panzhihua has more than 20 ethnic minorities, such as Yi, Lisu, Miao, Hui, etc. However, the situation of English teaching of middle school of ethnic minorities in Panzhihua City is not perfect, although some achievements have been made; many problems still need to be resolved. It is crucial to maintain the sustainable education and improve quality of the whole people in Panzhihua City by means of strengthening the awareness of English learning in ethnic minorities’ areas, establishing educational system and mechanism which integrating the urban and rural areas, increasing investment of education, reinforcing teachers team building and management, etc..
