摘要
随着与国外经济文化政治交流日益频繁，中国人对英语学习的热情空前高涨，英语教学也备受教育界关注。口语水平的高低直观地反映出一个学生的英语基础知识和语言应用能力。而语言是一种交际工具，任何脱离真实语境的学习都是学的皮毛，学不了内涵和精髓。为提高大学生英语口语水平，在大学英语口语教学中应该实施文化教学。

Abstract
Along with the foreign economic and cultural exchanges between the increasingly frequent, the Chinese people's enthusiasm for learning English, English teaching has been concerned about the education sector. The level of spoken language is a direct reflection of the students' basic knowledge of English and the ability of language application. Language is a communication tool, any learning from the real context of the learning is to learn the skin, not to learn the meaning and essence. In order to improve college students' oral English, cultural teaching should be carried out in College English teaching.
