Abstract
     relevance theory from the Angle of cognitive communication new interpretation, it offers a new perspective for the E-C tourist translation. Relevance theory is the core of the pragmatics theory optimal relevance, have very good explanatory power in E-C tourist translation. When translating Chinese tourism texts into English, translators should consider English readers' cognitive environment, to make them as long as the smallest cognitive effort, make them with the minimum cost as much as possible to obtain the best contextual effect. The research Angle of view is on the basis of relevance theory, the article construct, it is designed to study E-C tourist translation the translator in the process of the brain thinking operation dynamic process, describes how the translator and the original author and the English readers in E-C tourist translation for cross-cultural communication. This pilot study involved and the translator's thinking ability, by trying to relevance theory to provide a new interpretation of E-C tourist translation.
