Abstract
Cultural exchanges between China and the west are diversified and have been on for a long time. Classroom culture, is just one part of human culture, but it is quite close to our daily life and easier for us to understand. The paper will focus on a study of these differences of classroom culture between China and the west. It is well known that different countries even in the same continent may have big difference in classroom culture, let alone China and the west, which people lived far away from each other, where people’s skin, living habits, language are totally different from each other. The difference of Classroom Culture between China and the west have existed in many forms, involving almost all classroom activities. The paper mainly talks about several aspects, like the way teachers and students interacted with each other during class in China and west, classroom decoration styles in China and west, the different teaching methods and educational concept of China and west and so on. Furthermore, the paper is going to analyze what their positive and controversial influence will be when two total different cultures meet each other.
