Abstract
The scenic spot introduction is a kind of compound text which gives priority to the influence function and integrates information and expression function. The purpose of its Chinese-English Translation is to present the tourism resources and culture of our country to attract potential foreign tourists. In order to fully realize the goal of conveying cultural information, attracting foreign tourists and promoting their interest in traveling to China, this paper intends to analyze the Chinese-English translation strategy of scenic spot introduction by the case study of the translation of Chinese ancient villages, to attract tourists by disseminating the information more accurately.
There are three chapters in this paper. Chapter one introduces the translation theory framework guided by skopos theory. Chapter two illustrates the Chinese-English Translation Strategy of Scenic Spot Introduction - Chinese Ancient Villages. And the last chapter is the conclusion.
