Abstract
Family is the first place to educate children. It will play an important role in the intellectual development and the quality of the children. All in all, the family education should not be ignored. The family education between America and China differs in the education concept, the education targets, the education content and the method. The Chinese family education focuses on training the children’s skills and excising the children’s memory. However on one hand the American family education focuses on protecting the children’s nature. On the other hand it focuses on developing the children’s imagination and exploring the abilities. There are many types of family education in the world and each of them influences the children’s future life. Through comparing the difference between America and China Family Education, the writer hopes that this paper can provide some helpful suggestions for Chinese family education.
