Abstract
With the diversified development of modern society, as an international language, oral English plays a very important role. But in real life, but what many more students learn is "dumb English", and some students’ English pronunciation had a strong Chinese accent. How to speak English fluently and purely has become a big problem. In order to improve this situation in English teaching, teachers should give full play to the subjective initiative, make efforts to improve their oral English level.
