Abstract
The author of Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre is a pair of twin sisters in England, Emily Brandt and Charlotte Bronte, respectively. Catherine and Jane Eyre symbolize the constant pursuit of the freedom of love in real life women. By describing the two heroines, Emily Brandt and Charlotte Bronte expressed the female under strong oppression, to improve the status of women, strive for equality between the relentless pursuit and extreme expectations, to the human nature to call the truth and beauty.
.This article through the "Wuthering Heights" and "Jane Eyre" the heroine's character characteristics of the further analysis and comparison, fully feel the two authors of the inner spiritual world. Through the comparison of the two, this paper not only makes a profound analysis of the similarities and differences between the two, but also reflects the background of the times at a deeper level.
