Abstract
Translation as a communicative activity, has a close relationship with context. And context also play a vital and positive role in translation studies. Based on the Relevance Theory put forward by Sperber and Wilson(1986) ,This thesis aims to explore the effect of context to translation, which will be helpful for it provides a new view to study and practice translation.
