Abstract
Family education is the earliest education for child. Due to the differences in economic environment, social conditions and traditional culture, family education in China and American are discordance. This paper aim to explain the difference in family education between China and American, and explore the reason causes such big difference. We divided into four parts. The first part is introduction of family education, point out the studies purpose, meaning, features and the importance of family education. In the second part of the article, we have done deeply analysis on different family education between China and America, include the different contents, methods, aims and results. In the third part, through compares the two countries different analyzes the reason of the difference between the two countries, expatiates their completely different historical background, economic form, social conditions and traditional culture. And then it is Enlightenment on family education in our country.
