Abstract
Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the primary school English in our city is in a positive development, and there are many problems need to be discussed. Such as the improvement of curriculum standards, the construction of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods and the reform of the reform, the regional equalization, education fair, international, lifelong, diversified and primary and middle school convergence problem. To solve the current problems of reform, it is needed to understand its origin from the perspective of history. This paper is aimed at the problems of Shenzhen primary school after the reform and opening up, looking for the historical development of English Teaching in Shenzhen primary school, from the perspective of education, linguistics, psychology and educational psychology and other factors to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of its development, summarize the development laws, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
